Christian Brecheis' sport and lifestyle photography has a natural quality which makes him unique. Christian approaches the genre with an true understanding of the body and the connection of his subjects with nature. His photographs communicate joy, passion, and a natural lightness, and in them, the boundary between sport and lifestyle becomes fluid.
Christian Brecheis was born in 1980 in Munich. His interest in photography grew out of his passion for snowboarding and his curiosity about the invisible motion sequences behind them. He has remained faithful to his hometown Munich, where he lives with his family. He goes snowboarding as much as possible.
